These terms apply to purchases through this store. For product, order, delivery or refund questions, contact knoxchalmers47@gmail.com. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; it is not the seller of the brush.

Your Australian consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. The brush is offered as a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Review the product description, quantity and final total before paying. Standard Australian delivery for the brush is included in its displayed price. Any other applicable charge must be disclosed before you place your order.

AI-styled studio and lifestyle scenes are illustrations. Supplier product photographs are identified separately. Props are not included. Colours may vary between screens. Product suitability and results vary with fabric and hair type; follow the use instructions and test a hidden area first. These statements do not limit consumer guarantees or excuse an inaccurate product description.

Orders and corrections

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. If you notice an error or need to request cancellation, email us promptly with your order number. Cancellation after dispatch may not be possible; your consumer rights still apply. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable goods. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.

Delivery

The brush ships from China. The stated estimate is 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 7–20 business days in transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See the shipping policy. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us for assistance. We remain responsible for addressing your order and any remedy required by law; handing a parcel to a carrier does not remove your consumer rights.

Returns and refunds

See our return and refund policy for the voluntary 14-day change-of-mind offer and how to contact us. Conditions for that offer do not apply to remedies you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. You do not need original packaging to raise a consumer-guarantee claim. We will not require you to deal solely with the overseas supplier to obtain a remedy from us.

Privacy and website use

Our privacy policy explains personal information handling. Cookie preferences can be changed through the footer. Do not use the site to commit fraud, interfere with its security or misuse another person's information. Material on the site may belong to us or third parties; its appearance here does not grant permission to reuse it.

Changes and disputes

Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively reduce your rights for an existing purchase. Please email us first with a complaint so we can address it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from seeking assistance from a consumer protection authority or exercising rights in a court or tribunal with jurisdiction.
