Returns and refunds

If something is not right with your Verdette order, email knoxchalmers47@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging and resellable condition. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. This 14-day policy does not limit your rights for faulty goods.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly, with a photo if possible, so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited to 14 days. If a fault is confirmed, we cover reasonable return costs. Do not send an item to the supplier address on the parcel without contacting us first.

Refunds and replacements

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow approximately 5–10 business days for processing and bank handling. Replacement delivery follows the estimates in our Shipping Policy.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement. Other failures may entitle you to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law. You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy excludes these rights.
